| Completely dissolve in mouth one (1) lozenge every 2 wakeful hours, not to exceed 8 lozenges per day, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
Acute daily doses in excess of 200 mg can cause gastrointestinal distress. Do not chew or swallow lozenge. May cause nausea if taken on empty stomach. |

| Supplemental zinc can inhibit the absorption and availability of copper. If more than 50 mg of supplemental zinc is to be taken daily for more than four weeks, 2 mg of supplemental copper should also be taken to reduce the risk of copper deficiency. | |||||||||||||

Nice taste and hopefully useful when required for immune boosts. Only concern is the dextrose and whether a non-sugar option would be better.

These peppermint flavored zinc lozenges are the best I’ve found because they dissolve slowly, coating the throat. Plus, zinc acetate is superior to other formulations.
